About Us
Our offices are situated at Las Buganvillas, a strategic area of Almería costa, right at the central point between Garrucha, Mojácar, Vera Playa, Palomares and Villaricos.
We are available every day and work closely with our clients to provide a friendly, profesional and ongoing service. Building relationships with our clients is of utmost importance to us. We endeavour to provide transparent and resolute advice.
The levante area of Almería, especially Vera and Vera Playa is where we concentrate our business on, and as such the majority of the properties we have available for sale are in this area. We do have some properties in the surrounding areas also.
We have bank owned properties, properties direct from the developers and private sale properties.
Our architect has over 8 years experience in the field and over 7 years experience in the construction field.
What we do:
- We can accurately value your property according to present market values.
- We draw up the reserve contract ands the sale contract and coordinate with the notary, preparing all of the necessary documentation for the completion of the sale.
- We carry out and obtain the energy certificate for the property (as of 1st of June 2013, every home sold or rented for a period of more than 4 months must have an energy certificate.)
- If you require renovations or work on your new home we can facilitate you in getting quotes from reputable trademen.
